Item 8.01

Other Events.

Vera Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of the closure of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company currently holds approximately 1.2% of its cash and investments with SVB. Accordingly, the Company considers its risk exposure relating to SVB to be minimal.
